Teacher cooperation in the context of digital school development
Goals/Target group
- Objective: Through joint reflection on subject-specific teaching content, participants' PCK should be strengthened, their ability to observe and reflect on their own teaching in a collegial manner should be promoted, and at the same time, impetus should be provided for individual lesson planning and design.

In subproject 4 of the Kokon project network, video vignettes are being developed at the Chair of Biology Education that illustrate the targeted use of digital media to support subject-specific teaching quality characteristics such as cognitive activation and concept orientation (Neuhaus, 2021) based on DigCompEdu (Redecker, 2017). In the second and third phases of teacher training, they serve both to teach PCK and to facilitate criteria-based reflection on teaching using subject-specific observation criteria (Behling et al., 2022a).
